When me and my sister were in middle school we got picked on mercilessly. They did things that made my younger sis cry but made me angry. One day one of the bullys left her purse in a bathroom stall which I occupied minutes after her. She didn't know. I was ecstatic it was hers because its payback for bullying us and making my sis cry and not want to go to school again. Why kids think bullying those that may be quiet, or different looking, whatever it gives them NO right to pick on anyone! I think kids that do get picked on Need to tell their parent immediately. If they don't care try a teacher or principal. I know some kids don't want to start trouble or were threatened by the brutes( bullys)not to tell anyone,but Do tell on them! Never keep bullying from an Adult.

I was bullied in 8th grade only because some girls made fun of my platinum hair anytime my dark roots started showing. The upkeep was stressful, but I got tired of being called skunk hair. They still found fault until I told them I had just lost my dad the previous year. I guess their guilt ate them up, because their whole attitude changed. We need stricter laws on bullying, especially in our school system. This has to change! And I also believe that change begins in the home!!
