True happiness (sa’ādah) and peace (raḥa) come from Allāh, who provides both joy and the means (asbāb al-raḥa) to attain it.

Allāh says: “Indeed, with the remembrance of Allāh do hearts find rest” (Qur’an 13:28).

Acts like salah, duʿāʾ, and gratitude bring peace.

The Prophet ﷺ said: “Richness is not having many possessions, but richness is being content with oneself” (Sahih Bukhari).

Trust Allāh for lasting raḥa and blessings.
