Judge will approve the sale given its the highest bid, period. Its not like a house being sold on foreclosure for less than appraised market value. There is no way to appraise the value of a website/network that is tarnished by the civil liabilities of its prior owner. Its a seized asset

So I just don’t understand the legal under pinnings of how this ended up in court. So it’s gonna be interesting to see what the judge actually rules in this case, because as far as I can tell, this is a sale that should absolutely happen for all the right reasons, particularly when you think about what this man has said, and the harm he has done to these people. So I’m hoping the judge decides in favor of the Onion over Alex Jones‘s objections. Cheers 🥂
