As a 14 yo dancer, my teacher says i have frappes down...but..erm..

I love frappes, although I had severe headaches initially. I read up on the “how to” and practiced the movements as I talked myself through the movements and positions. It was well worth that effort, because now I enjoy how the movements are almost reflexive, and enjoy 🥰 the music🎹
