I just want to take a moment to mention that the primary storyboard director for the Pokémon Ranger trilogy was someone by the name of Akihito Toda (apologies if I misspelled their name). If this name sounds familiar, that’s because this person came back seemingly out of nowhere after seven years of not being the lead writer for anything and… oh, I don’t know, singlehandedly wrote the entire storyline of Breath of the Wild and Tears of The Kingdom.
Let me put this into context: bro worked as the head story director for the Pokémon Ranger trilogy, vanished without a trace for the better part of seven years, rose from the ashes and created Peak not once but twice, refused to elaborate on either attempt and disappeared a second time since then. I only just recently learned about this person recently and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a single game designer give off this much Gigachad Energy all at once.

The Societea's Japanese name was "Tea Party". I can see why the English release changed that; it could be taken as a political jab.
