I've prepared an original recipe for the perfect quick breakfast, especially ideal when the whole family is gathered. It's easy and quick to make, enjoyable to eat, and, most importantly, delicious.

Ingredients:
Bagel
150 g of smoked or salted salmon (I used mango-marinated salmon, available on my page)
2 boiled eggs
100 ml heavy cream (33%)
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp whipped cream cheese
1 tbsp dried dill
5-6 sprigs of parsley
Mixed salad leaves with spinach (optional, for serving under the spread)
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions
Instructions:
Toast the bagel.
Boil the eggs for 5 minutes, cool, and peel.
In a blender, combine all ingredients (except green onions) until smooth.
Spread the mixture on the bagel, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve.
There you have it! Your quick breakfast is ready. Call your family and enjoy it with a cup of coffee or tea!
