some tips:
1st try looking for the pixel on which a cutscene triggers (for example to skip the portion where mkid starts following you hug the top wall and go forward to trigger the
cutscene. You will see that the cutscene triggers on a specific pixel.I like to see it as being a L shape made out of Frisk's hair in the reflection. Now restart your game to the last save and try to get on that pixel)
2nd to actually get on the pixel use menu buffering (tap the direction you want to go to and MENU at the same time). This allows you to stand on the cutscene trigger without activating it. Now don't close your menu and select the punch card.
3rd Use the punchcard and at the same time move right. if you did all of that correctly it should work. If you want me to explain it a little better then let me know.
Or maybe you already knew all of this stuff and I'm just talking for nothing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
