Starting from 11th March 2024, RoDTEP incentives will be available to Advance License Holders, EOUs, and SEZ units. This update was provided through notification no. 70/2023.
The RoDTEP Scheme rates for Advance License Holders, EOUs, and SEZ units have already been published in Appendix 4RE and can be accessed here content.dgft.gov.in/Website/Appendix%204RE%20RoDTE….
It's important to note that, as per this notification, Advance License Holders, EOUs, and SEZ units can only claim RoDTEP incentives on their eligible exports until 30th September 2024.
Additionally, the notification mentioned that necessary changes in the RoDTEP Rates announced in Appendix 4RE will be made as and when required based on budgetary requirements.

We're thrilled to share some good news announced by the DGFT on 8th March 2024, particularly for the Exporter community.
