In this video, Iām going to explain how to use a dopamine detox (aka digital detox) to change the way you perceive these tasks. You see, right now most of us are hooked on high dopamine easy tasks. We donāt see the need in engaging with low dopamine hard and essential tasks. But, we can change that with my 10 steps.
Here I also talk about whether you should do a 24 hour dopamine fast or do it for longer periods.
