It's called transpiration and you're not supposed to drink the water because transpiration is just plant removing excess waste so you're technically just drinking plant Waste

Explanation (even if you don’t need it): This is is caused due to a process called transpiration which takes place in plants. The leaves send out water vapours into the atmosphere but we can’t notice it because it is in vapour form. Thank you
