Me and my sister like to use Rocky Mountain Sunscreen because we are redheads and we have very sensitive skin and it doesn't irritate us.

Another great technique is to follow the examples of peoples from across the world since time immemorial, and actually cover up your skin with loose fitting, light colored clothing, and wear a hat that shades your head.

How much sunscreen to use( lotion wise)? The directions only say to put it on, but you need enough for full spf coverage.

Honestly, I just try to avoid direct sun exposure as much as possible. But whenever I do go out in the sun (which is for only 15-30 minutes), I don't use any sunscreen to get my dose of vitamin d.

Titanium dioxide is especially problematic when present in the form of
nanoparticles, which is not the case here. However, even when it is not
present in the form of nanoparticles, it may pose certain problems
It has been classified as a type 2 carcinogen by inhalation according to
ECHA (European Chemicals Agency). It should therefore be avoided in
sprays and aerosol products
Orally, it is suspected to be carcinogenic, regardless of form. It could
therefore be a problem in toothpastes, but only if the toothpaste is
swallowed.
For products administered onto the skin, however, the microparticles would
be too large to be absorbed into the skin and thus would not pose problems.
My opinion is to avoid dioxide altogether. Good luck since it's in our food
