Chicken Lollipops with potato wedges ππ₯
Ingredients:
Chicken drumsticks
Extra virgin olive oil
Vegetable oil ( frying potatoes )
Potatoes
Chicken Seasoning :
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder
Salt
Chilli flakes
Brown sugar
Chicken glaze sauce:
Melted unsalted butter
Chilli sauce
Salt
Honey
Brown sugar
Potato wedges seasoning:
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Paprika
Dried Thyme
Black pepper
Airfry/ bake chicken at 160 Β°C for 12 mins then remove and apply glaze then in for another 12-14 mins.
