I like it that people buy old houses with history and renovate them. There are so many empty houses all over the world and no one uses them

Can you put a fence in the back to keep your family and pets if you have any safe?
As for shade, a sail cloth shade or a pergola would be nice. Even a pop-up portable shade that you put up and take down each day. I always brought the pop-up to my daughter's soccer games.

It takes about 3 years for your trees to grow the first couple years they're just growing their root system Underground. You should see the trees that I planted only 5 years ago
