you really aren't revealing much - they don't test for things that might help them perform, when they aren't performing. i could take all sorts of stimulants and narcotics now, how is that going to help me in six months time when i'm in competition.

It’s not a loophole when they don’t test you when you are not competing.. that’s called not anybody’s business. It’s like calling it a loop hole to drinking and driving because they don’t sobriety check you when you are not driving
