今天營養師要教大家做一道適合夏天😎的沙拉~

📌食材:(6人份)
1.苦瓜 1個
2.無鹽玉米罐頭
3.小番茄 10顆
4.蘋果1顆
5.小黃瓜1根
6.原味優格 200克
7.蜂蜜 2匙
8.杏仁小魚 適量

📌作法如下:
1.苦瓜去籽切丁,放入滾水中煮至透明撈起(約3-5分)
2.小番茄、小黃瓜、蘋果切丁
3.將苦瓜、小番茄、小黃瓜、蘋果和玉米混合在一起
4.加入2匙蜂蜜和原味優格200克拌勻
5.最後撒上適量杏仁小魚即可
小提醒:如果怕苦,可以將沙拉冰起來,讓苦瓜浸漬在優格醬中,苦味就會減淡很多呦~
