He had the Whipple procedure, they do that on people who have pancreatic cancer, and it usually buys them a few more years.

Randy didn’t say liver cancer, he bile duct cancer between the liver and pancreas! I just been diagnosed with bile duct blockage with a tumor on the pancreas. Randy wasn’t really clear. They want to do the Whipple surgery on me, which removes part of the pancreas, part of the stomach and all of the bladder.
