I wrote this exact thing down in my journal last night. Law of correspondence! Little things about my kids and my husband keep triggering me, and as I voice my complaints out loud to them, I hear myself and immediately stop myself because I can see myself being that. They put so much blame on each other and outside sources and I try to explain how they are not victims but I’m still playing victim to their reactions and behavior. Being a parent is so freaking hard. Trying to teach them how to be when I am still learning. Forgiveness is good advice. Be gentle with ourselves, as you always say!

I've been saying out loud, softly, "I'm sorry, forgive me, thank you, I love you" - I feel energy leaving me, as I repeat this (there is a name for this method). I say it as I lay in bed at night, before sleep. It feels good. 💚

I met a 41 year old woman in the park..she said she cured herself from a fatal illness after she fired both western and alternative medicine. She said she reached deep, brought up emotions she had pushed down all her life and did 'shadow work.' I wish everyone could experience her radiant light..it was AMAZING!
