Unfortunately the pomodoro technique doesn't work so well for people with ADHD (maybe surprisingly) as hyper-focus is the only way we get anything done, being forced to stop mid-task means getting back into it will take... Well until we are next lucky enough to have our hyper-focus targeted at that task, which may not be for several weeks, months or years.
For neuro-typical people though, this is probably gold!
