Most ppl got it due to a bug since it was set to unlock from rank 0, so it was basically free for some ppl unless you got it legit from cases.

I was lucky enough to catch PACIFIC FM and man, the music it plays, combined with the situation where you run like crazy to get all the dog tags and deliver them to some delivery point, f makes this melee the best melee in the game for me (too bad the skin I got for it was ridiculously ugly so I ended up selling it, I still regret selling the weapon skin, but life goes on...)
