then why dont they apply this same approach to other job positions? why only do this for software engineers? why we have to be the ones to study like we trying to take an exam to get a job we have been doing for years and on our resume. what is point of resume then? again the complain is that companies never take this same approach for other roles and let them go through exam preparation to ensure only green get the jobs. they never do that. and that is is the issue. and dont say software engineers get paid more because then i will be disappointed with that shallow statement.
