Feels a bit sophomoric. There's a hint of wisdom, but ungrounded and incomplete. The notion we can change reality by a mere change in our minds seems to inappropriately blend the subjective/objective distinction. There are realities that do change based on our perceptions and the way we respond to the realities. But changing our minds about whether or not 2+2=4 makes no impact on the reality of the mathematical constant.
On the other hand, our perception of stress on our health impacts the reality of whether or not our health is effected by stress.
The true wisdom is to fear God who created all that is "Real." and conform our perception of reality to the truth of reality.
