This is the air filter fitted to the carburettors in my 1968 Lotus Elan S4 S/E. It is clearly non standard and from a little research, I believe it is of the type fitted to Jaguars of the period.
I will be replacing it once the car is restored with either a standard type or uprated depending on the engine spec and whether I opt for originality.
