Percy doesn't brag about it though? I think the first series of books is literally just Percy screaming in the back of his head and not knowing how any of this is going well. It's only in other books that Percy is seen as some weird battle genius hero.

So nobody gets confused I'm saying that because of a different YouTube short that my sister shared with me that talk about percy bragging about everything that he's accomplish including holding up the sky so I made this short as an inside joke between us. Percy never once bragged about it ? Also Not saying what Annabeth did wasnt absolutely incredible but your comparing two entirely different situations, Percy was sleep deprived, injured, and had just gotten out of a fight with a titan- . Annebth had artemis's blessing and while that didnt help half as much as some people say it was still an entirely different thing. Please dont compare the two bringing one down doesnt bring the other up.

The difference is, percy did it with an injured arm, after having gone over like half the country to look for her, and he switched right after he fought with a titan, percy showed amazing strength, annabeth had the blessing of artemis but still preformed amazing, she showed amazing endurance.
