You can also soak seeds in white wine overnight in Fridge! Gives it more flavour. Alcohol woll prevent any mould issues.

For this dish, mustard is rubbed over the beef before wrapping it up.
We had majorly two options:
1. English Mustard
2. Dijon Mustard
I personally felt Dijon will be a better option for this as it is a bit mild than English.
I also suggest people to start making condiments at their house and also start experimenting with them. Some can add onions, garlic, etc.
