Man fuck that shit, here's how to make pancakes Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
Sift the dry ingredients: In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Create a well: Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients: Pour in the milk, egg, and melted butter into the well. Stir everything together until just combined. Don't overmix; a few lumps are okay.
Heat the griddle or pan: Preheat a non-stick griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
Scoop the batter: Ladle about ¼ cup of batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form: Wait until bubbles start to form on the top surface of the pancake and the edges look dry and set (usually about
2-3 minutes).
Flip and cook the other side: Gently flip the pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
