You absolutely MUST understand your own unique energy needs.

Chronic stress and burnout can have devastating effects, impairing cognitive function, creativity, and decision-making.

In fact, a study by the World Health Organization found that work-related stress costs the global economy over $300 billion per year in lost productivity.

On the flip side, regular "resets" have been linked to a host of benefits. A 2021 study published in Frontiers in Psychology found that just 15 minutes of nature exposure can boost mood, focus, and physiological markers of stress recovery.

And a survey by the American Psychological Association revealed that 74% of high performers have specific strategies, like exercise or meditation, to manage their energy levels.

The most successful entrepreneurs I know are highly attuned to this ebb and flow. They recognize when they need a burst of intense, laser-focused effort versus a more rejuvenating, mentally restorative break. And they build those reset rituals into their weekly and monthly routines.
