Yay! That's a great 6min walk! Keep up on the pulmonary rehab. Swimming really did mine good. You really have to work those lungs.

My Mom had a double lung transplant almost 17 years ago!! She was 63 when she was diagnosed with IPF. Sheβll be 81 this year! Itβs not always been easy and sheβs had complications along the way, but 17 years is a lot of life! Praying your son has an amazingly long and happy life!!

As a young person with ILD, I understand how terrible 6 minute walk tests can be, as well as PFTs - Iβm so so so happy for you, I understand what an amazing relief you must be feeling!!
