Ramen is only not healthy when youre using the seasoning packets that come in instant ramen packs. The seasoning packs are mostly sodium and so much sodium its that good. I always recommend using your own broth instead

Coconut curry ramen recipe ingredients:
For the broth:
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 large onion
6 cloves garlic
1/2 tbsp curry powder
1-2 tbsp miso paste
5-6 cups bone broth
1 cup full fat coconut milk
For the ramen:
Thin sliced beef (or any protein you like)
2 brown rice & millet ramen noodle cakes
Toppings:
Hard boiled egg
Green onions
Sesame bagel seeds
