I see some people say this is romanticizing bullying, atleast from my perspective the only way bullying could be romanticized is if the person bullying has the crush and is bullying the other person because of the crush. Which personally is disgusting and the bully needs therapy because such behavior needs to be fixed so they can express their feelings without harming anyone and in a nontoxic way. In the case shown here the girl being bullied has the crush, assuming she had the crush before the bullying it could be a great way for the bully to change perspectives even if the relationship does not turn out well. Which it most likely will not turn out well given the circumstances.
The most important detail here is the bully actually blushes at the love letter, which gives the assumption that she bullied the girl out of jealousy. most likely in this case is that the bully is insecure and thinks the girl is pretty. This also leads to the assumption the bully didnt realize she liked the girl and was mainly just jealous. Classic case of "do i want to date them or do i want to BE them"
