I think I may have experienced an autistic burn out during 2019/2020, and I have never really recovered since that. it's like I lost the mask I wore most of the time. I can't fake a smile anymore, have to do one thing at a time instead of being able to plan out everything and execute it. I use to be an all or nothing kinda guy and now for the past years it has felt like I haven't really tried. I def feel like I lost all of my pages
