ENHYPEN's Jake went live on Vlive on February 18 to spend time with his fans. The chat which Jake was reading was full of comments asking him to apologize. Soon Jake's face began to exhibit clear signs of pain and sadness as he continued to receive hate comments from fans. Fans of ENHYPEN decided to take matters into their own hands in order to protect Jake from these attacks. Fans claimed that Jake's wearing of the necklace was not his fault, but rather the responsibility of the agency, since the company's stylist dressed him. As a result, ENHYPEN followers showed their worry for the idol and began trending the hashtag, demanding Belift to apologize for the latest incident.

I think people shouldn't get mad because it was written in different language which Jake or any staff wouldn't have understood. People wear clothes having different languages graffiti all the time without knowing it's meaning.

As a Muslim I say it’s not his fault. He was given the necklace by the stylists and he didn’t know what it meant. He was eager to learn by that one fan on the video call but the staff kept on saying “time is up time is up” The members aren’t to blame the staff are also they aren’t “fans” they are just toxic people who think it’s ok to post hate
