Does Tyler believe that Americans shouldn’t have the right to lawyers and that lawyers shouldn’t do their job? Just to be clear- someone is only guilty if the court finds them guilty. The rest of judgement is up to God. So- a lawyer can’t free a guilty person through a trial. Fun fact, Leadbelly a prolific singer and songwriter from way back was a black man who killed two people and freed himself by writing songs for the governors of the prisons he was in. In this case, Leadbelly was guilty but was freed because of his soulful music and emotional impact on the people he performed for … but when a lawyer does their job and the accused is set free as a result of a judge or a trial…that person is innocent whether you like it or not. The rest of their judgement is up to God and God alone.
