Good form. Very fluid. I miss the days when my knees could handle the squats back when I was training for the upcoming season. I miss my 40 inch thighs too. Ice hockey may have ruined my knees but damn there is nothing I wouldn't give to go back and do it again.

On squats I put a short band around my knees and don't lock out till the final rep to aide in recovery and prevent lower back soreness. Thought you might like to try those out if you were going to do this for high frequency. I'm still pretty weak though so I don't know how applicable thisnis to your training.
