i’m white. i just made kimchi not that long ago and i live with an italian chef who has one cabinet dedicated to spices. he also takes his whole day to make food for us and people at his restaurant. i think they are under estimating what some white people cook.

So you think white people don’t work hard on their food? There are so many hardworking European foods out there such as Alfredo, pizza, Borcht, Kebab, Shawarma (which originated in the Ottoman Empire), Baklava, Perogis and many more.
