This Diwali, indulge in a perfect blend of my favourite desserts with these yummy Chikki Browies🥰 Super easy to make, this delight is just what you need to elevate your dessert and have a memorable meal time🕺🏻 I have used @organicindiaofficial's ghee and jaggery which ensures goodness of nature in every bite and just the touch of organic love needed for a festive treat💜
Ingredients:
✨1/2 cup (113g) ghee
✨1/2 cup (86g) dark chocolate
✨3 tbsp jaggery powder
✨3/4 cup milk, warm
✨1/2 cup all purpose flour
✨4 tbsp cocoa powder
✨1/2 cup peanut chikki
Chocolate ganache
✨1/2 cup dark chocolate
✨1/2 cup fresh cream, warm
Method-
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree celsius and line an 6X6 inch square pan with parchment paper leaving handles on both the sides.
2. In a bowl, add melted ghee and dark chocolate. Mix it using a whisk until well combined.
3. Now add jaggery powder and warm milk in it. Give this a good mix.
4. Mix in the dry ingredients- flour and cocoa powder to form a smooth brownie batter.
5. Roughly chop the peanut chikki and fold it in the prepared brownie batter.
6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared square pan and bake it in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
7. Once baked, let it cool down completely before cutting it into equal squares.
8. Garnish these brownie squares with a dollop of chocolate ganache and crushed peanut chikki.
