What about uncle grandpa, hear me out Kira would be the kind of person he would end up visiting to change his outlook on life but I reckon either
A: it ends up an aunt grandpa situation and light loses his shit and even so it would end with uncle grandpa accidentally getting him arrested

Just because Light couldn’t kill Dora doesn’t mean she could solve the case? Even if Swiper stole the death note he isn’t friends with Dora so that isn’t even a win for her. I know I shouldn’t like take this too seriously but this isn’t a very good argument for her winning imo.
The requirement is for her to figure out who Kira is for her to win, Light doesn’t have to kill her to win.
