Why few people get paid millions while others struggle to pay the bills or to have decent food for their family.

Well, I have been asking this question myself since I was in high school, But recently I found the answer to this question.
I recently finished reading this book The Go-Giver by John David.

In this book John explains the law of Compensation, which states
YOUR INCOME IS DETERMINED BY HOW MANY PEOPLE use serve and how well you serve them.

In simple words-
Your compensation is directly proportional to how many lives you serve.
You want to have more success, find ways to serve more people.
I want to add something here from my side as well.
I believe your compensation also depends on how difficult it is to replace you.
Well this explains a lot, doesn’t it.
Like an amazon employee will always make less money than its CEO, not because He is not a good person or he doesn't work hard enough but
Because he is serving less people, and he can be replace by someone with a 2 month of training.
