According to Land Flip's survey, a significant 82% of respondents believe Trump would positively influence the land market. From 1031 exchanges to Qualified Opportunity Zones, these policies play a huge role in investment decisions. And in the housing market, the split is closer, with 55% favoring Trump and 45% backing Harris.
