As someone living a half mile from the new location..ots going to causeva ton of problems...instead of using land or available structures in an indudtrial park closer to interstate..they chose new construction at a location farther from the interstate which will complicate traffic to oceana navy base. mainly on dam neck road and london bridge road intersection..which currently backs up a quarter mile in 3 directions now before this new construction..sometimes taking me 4 to 5 stop light cycles just to get out of my neighborhood.. and another 2_3 cycles to get through the traffic light..on a light traffic day. Bad planning and zoninh that will cause problems for years that could have been avoided.
