Generation zombie is a inferior generation then say X , Boomers and Silents.
As of 2020 56% of 18 to 25 year olds are overweight or obese. 33% of that 56% are obese.
In 1970 12 % of 18 to 25 year olds were overweight or obesse wire 3% of that 12% being obese.
Thr diet and lifestyle of the modern 18 to 25 year olds is projected to shorten their lifespan by 3 years.
The males in this age group are perplexing. 1 in 4 is obese. 1 in 3 is overweight. The testosterone levels in 2020 for males 18 to 25 is 38% less then the 18 to 25 year olds in 2000. This is from an army study of recruits finished in 2021.
The young male is full of confidence he is kick ass behind in reality his testosterone levels are trending to that of a transwoman on hormone replacement therapy.
As a mid 40s male who does TET to maximize that 800 on the testosterone scale it amazes me how 3/4 of the doctors office is 30 and under males
