Its EXTREMELY hard to beat a fed case, and nearly impossible to beat a RICO charge. His lawyer talks a good game but lets be real, he DID do all that shit, the whole world knows it, and the feds dont bring charges unless they can convict. I did 9 years flat, have done both fed and state time. Anybody who really knows how the system works, from the inside, knows he was cooked if he kept trying to fight it all the way, they were ALWAYS gonna get him on SOMETHING, it was always just a matter of what he was willing to accept.
