500mg is very low. I also tried for a month at 500 and noticed nothing when I took the rda of 1200mg daily. I most definitely got stronger and gained muscle

No, you need to check the percent. With 10% it's very low for 500mg. That means your only getting 50mg. Look for one with high percent like 95%. Then you will see results.

Bad luck. Some people are non-responders. Also your dosage is on the lower side. Also if you trained the same and got no results regardless of Turk then being non-responsive to Turk isnt your biggest issue.

Probably depends where you get it at because mine was great felt much stronger also took them with sarams so I really can't say it was the turk but I believe it was

They did a test on 10 different Ecdysterone Turkesterone brands and found half had no ingredients but fillers and the other half very small trace amounts.
