Iām surprised it took this long for Scovillian to find a place on Sun teams in lower tiers. A chlorophyll fire type sounds like every Ninetails/Torkoals wet dream

Capsakid and Scovillain are such clever designs. Grass/Fire type presented as spicy peppers, named after a the substance responsible for spice in peppers (capsaicin) and the unit of measure for spiciness (Scoville Units).
SV may have been a technical mess, but at least we got a solid batch of new Pokemon.

I realized this using him in my rr mono fire play through. He had shocking amounts of power and was able to solo sweep more than I thought possible. He has gained a lot of respect from me.

I wish they had given Scovillain more dark types moves since its name literally has the word āvillainā in it. Like sucker punch, knock off, and especially nasty plot. Also I feel like poison moves wouldnāt be that far fetched either considering a lot of grass types just get poison moves in general. Youāre telling me acid spray wouldnāt make sense for a hot pepper pokemon??

I really like scovillain and I'm glad to see it moving up and not being only a gimmick due to moody.

Scovillain will have another evo. Its not done yet. Give it a couple years. Grass fire is such a unique typing, they really shouldve made it a non-mixes attacker

Itās a bit sad that Scovillian - the first fire grass, got given such mediocre stats. Itās worse considering this generation is quite possibly the most power crept yet

I was hoping Scorvillain, as the first Grass Fire type, would be a meta staple, but the stats weren't there. That's probably why they gave it moody, but it's not great compensation. I hope it gets another evolution, but at least it has a niche in lower tiers.
