Ingredients:

3 tablespoons instant coffee
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup cold water
2 cups heavy cream
¾ cup condensed milk
¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon instant coffee
Ladyfinger biscuits (enough for layering in dessert bowls)
Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions:

Make the Coffee Foam: In a large bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons instant coffee, ½ cup sugar, and ½ cup cold water until the coffee dissolves. Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture until foamy and light. Set aside.

Whip the Cream: In another large bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in ¾ cup condensed milk until combined.

Assemble the Mousse: In a small bowl, stir together ¼ cup milk and 1 teaspoon instant coffee. Dip ladyfinger biscuits into the coffee mixture and arrange them in the bottom of dessert bowls, breaking them as needed to fit.

Layer and Finish: Top the ladyfingers with the coffee cream mixture. Pipe or spoon the reserved coffee foam on top. Dust with cocoa powder for garnish.

Serve and Enjoy! Share this delicious dessert with your friends and family.

Tips:

Make sure the coffee is completely dissolved in all steps to avoid a gritty texture.
Don't overmix the coffee foam – stop once it becomes light and airy.
Feel free to adjust the amount of coffee and cocoa powder to your taste preference.

The condensed milk can be left out. You will have a less sickly sweet mousse.

sickly sweet slop that doesn't set up when chilled due to excess sugar. At least use the italian recipe.
