A bullish three line strike is made up of 4 candles that form during an uptrend. Of these, first 3 r bullish, while the last candle is bearish, it's made up of 3 strong bullish candles that progressively close higher , followed by a final strike candle , the strike candlestick is bearish,and OPENS, at more higher than the third candle,But closes at least lower than the open of the first candle.
The pattern indicates that the market has gone up so much so that, more people r looking for selling off some of their positions in anticipation of a pull back, even though the move is violent, and sudden a lot of market participants still are bullish, given the rising trend, due to this prices continue to go higher shortly there after, look to take a long position, once price breaks above the 4th candlestick, and place a stop loss, below the base of the 4th candlestick , the target can be at least 1 point 5 times the mini, risk taken.
