Spiced Chicken Burger Patty
**Ingredients**:
500g minced chicken
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
2 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp melted butter
**Instructions**:
1. In a large bowl, combine the minced chicken, finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger, coriander, green chilies, salt, and chili flakes.
2. Add the melted butter to the mixture and mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
3. Form the mixture into 4-6 patties, depending on your preferred size.
4. Heat a non-stick pan or grill over medium heat. You can lightly oil the surface or use a bit of butter.
5. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temp should reach 165°F/75°C).
6. Serve on burger buns with your favorite toppings.
