These mini pizza quiches are quick and easy to make and a perfect savoury snack! Don't forget to tag us in your Day for Daniel red creations and use #20for20.

RECIPE: Mini Pizza Quiches
Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup cream
12 pieces of salami (diced)
1/4 cup pizza cheese
12 olives (pitted and diced)
1/4 capsicum (diced)
Optional: Any other pizza toppings you like

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Grease cupcake tins with vegetable oil.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and cream. Set aside.
4. Use a circular cutter (or a jar lid, like we did!) to cut pastry shapes and press them into the cupcake tins.
5. Sprinkle cheese and distribute salami, capsicum, and olives into each pastry shell. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until quiches are golden brown. Cool before serving. Enjoy!
