I just remember seeing some kids with DOZENS attached to their backpacks and I was so insanely jealous. When I finally managed to get my mom to buy me one, it got dropped in water.

I remember taking one really long field trip back in elementary school. For some reason, my mom bought two huge boxes of snacks and drinks, which I brought with me. Since it was a 10 hour+ round trip, I would sell the snacks and drinks to the kids from the back the bus like some bazaar merchant, giving discounts to the kids who were nice to me and upcharging the bullies.
That little venture funded my summer that year, and I'll never forget it.
