Aloo Fry | Potato Stir Fry

Ingredients
Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon
Red chillies - 2
Chana dal - 1 tablespoon
Urad dal - 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Chopped potatoes - 500 gm
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Preparation
In a large kadhai add cooking oil, red chillies, chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Sauté.
Add chopped chopped potatoes and mix well. Cook for 10 mins with the kadhai covered.
Add salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix well.
