The ENT office I go to has just started doing Eustachian tube balloon dilation and I’m really excited to see if it works, I’m waiting for more results from other people my office sees per my ENT’s instructions but hoping I can have it done soon

My uncle had sinus work done a few decades back. Apparently, miles of gauze was inserted into his sinuses. When it was time to remove the gauze he pulled, and pulled, and pulled, and pulled, and pulled... he said it was like a clown doing a magic trick that just never ended. He said it helped, though.

Doc, for a person who has better air-flow in one nostril, over the other. How do you get better air-flow ? Is it possible to increase the air flow by cutting some tissue out , inside the nose?
